Journal: Repbase Reports 7(1), 43-43 (2007) |
|||
Abstract: The putative non-autonomous DNA transposon is present in the genome in high copy number with few complete copies. It lacks the transposase domain. It shows features of MuDr type transposons with 9 bp TSDs as well as long inverted repeats at termini.
