Title:
hAT-N2_XT, a family of nonautonomous hAT DNA transposons from frog.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(8), 423-423 (2006)
Abstract:
The genome contains over 20,000 copies of hAT-N2_XT-like elements (1% of the genome). These nonautonomous elements have been likely transposed by transposases encoded by hAT-10_XT autonomous transposons.
