Abstract: This is the consensus sequence of an internal portion of the Copia1_XT LTR retrotransposon present in the frog genome. The consensus sequence encodes a copia-like polyprotein. Long terminal repeat of Copia1_XT is deposited in Repbase as Copia1-LTR_XT.
