Title:
Eulor11: A conserved interspersed repeat from mammals and birds - consensus.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(7), 363-363 (2006)
Abstract:
This sequence was reconstructed from chicken DNA. Like most Eulor-type repeats, this repeat has a secondary structure followed by a 50 bp "tail." The tail region is less conserved in mammals than the secondary structure. The copy number phg is <100.
