Title: DNA2-15_CB - a family of DNA transposons. |
Journal: Repbase Reports 6(4), 167-167 (2006) |

Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 96% identical to the consensus. DNA2-15_CB contains 34bp-long imperfect TIRs and is flanked by AT target duplications. Central part is similar to DNA2-7_CB. A subfamily is listed as DNA2-15B_CB.
