Journal: Repbase Reports 6(12), 636-636 (2006) |

Abstract: The sequence is present in high copy and well conserved. The TSD is not conserved across the sequences but for individual sequences, with 9 bp flanking both the termini of the sequence. The sequence contains region showing similarity to transposase.
