Title:
X5_LINE: Conserved CR1-type LINE fragment from Euteleostomi.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(10), 548-548 (2006)
Abstract:
This consensus was reconstructed from human sequences. It is present in all mammals and birds in ~20 copies phg. It partially overlaps with X5A_LINE but the identity is low. Therefore, it is listed as a separate fragment rather than a 3' extension.
