Abstract:
This is a putative non-autonomous DNA transposon sequence from Solanum demissum, two regions of which have characteristic of MUTSOLD1. Orientations of these two regions are different. It is flanked by 14 bp long terminal inverted repeats and 5 bp long TSD (GGAAA).
