Abstract:
This is an internal portion of the Gypsy4_AO LTR retrotranspopson. Its long terminal repeat is Gypsy4-LTR_AO. The only ORF encodes a 1999-aa Gypsy4_AOp polyprotein composed of the gag, zink knuckle, protease, RT, integrase and chromo domains.
