Title:
MuDR4_OS: A complete prototypic sequence of a new MuDR-type autonomous DNA transposon family from rice.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(9), 268-268 (2005)
Abstract:
Present in over 50 closely similar copies in currently available data. Similarity of its protein-coding portion to MuDR transposase was observed in ref. 1 and other annotations. However, this is the first complete example of MuDR4_OS element, including TIRs, which provides evidence that the observed protein coding regions are parts of a DNA transposon family.
