Title:
MARWOLEN1: Mariner-type DNA transposon from Wolbachia endosymbiont of Drosophila ananassae (procaryote).
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(9), 265-265 (2005)
Abstract:
The transposase homology was identified in ref. 1. The transposon has ~220 bp long TIRs. This is the first mariner-type transposon from a prokaryote deposited in RR/RU. The procaryote is classified by its host.
