Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 92% identical to the consensus. HAT14_CB contains 11bp long TIRs followed by a highly variable minisatellite region. Copies are flanked by 8bp target duplications. Similar to HAT10_CB and HAT15_CB.
