Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 87% identical to the consensus. HAT12_CB contains 14bp-long TIRs and is flanked by 8bp target duplications. Distantly similar to HAT11_CB and HAT1_CB. The internal part is similar to MARINER38C_CB.
