Title:
MuDR-9_CB - a family of nonautonomous MuDR-like transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(4), 91-91 (2005)
Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 81% identical to the consensus. MUDR-9_CB contains 11 bp-long TIRs and CA-TG termini. Flanked by 8 bp-long target duplications.
