Abstract:
The NonLTR-3_CR elements are flanked by 5-10-bp target site duplications. NonLTR-3_CR elements are ~98% identical to the consensus sequence. The consensus is not complete at its 5' end. The 3' terminus is composed of ATGCTC repeated two-three times. The NonLTR-3_CR and NonLTR-2_CR consensus sequences are 65% identical to each other.
