Abstract:
Another class 1 (HERVR) ERV with copies that average ~93% similar to the consensus. The ORFs are quite intact, encoding the usual reverse transcriptase and integrase domains. This consensus was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
