ERV10_MD class 1 endogenous retrovirus from the opossum M. domestica.

Abstract:
There are only two complete copies of this sequence in the genome, along with a number fragments that are 3 kb shorter, but >94% similar. The coding regions are fragmented. A 337 bp LTR is reported as ERV10_MD_LTR. This consensus was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
