Journal: Repbase Reports 5(11), 342-342 (2005) |

Abstract: The genome contains several hundred copies of DNA7-1_SP. These elements are characterized by 7-bp target site duplications and 15-bp terminal inverted repeats (one mismatch). Classification is unknown (putatively it belongs to the P superfamily).
