Title:
DNA7-1_SP, a family of nonautonomous DNA transposon in the sea urchin genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(11), 342-342 (2005)
Abstract:
The genome contains several hundred copies of DNA7-1_SP. These elements are characterized by 7-bp target site duplications and 15-bp terminal inverted repeats (one mismatch). Classification is unknown (putatively it belongs to the P superfamily).
