Abstract: 451 bp LTRs deposited as TABOR_DA-LTR. This internal sequence has two overlapping ORFs. The first is weakly similar to spumavirus gag protein. The second putatively encodes reverse transcriptase and integrase functions and contains a single domain related to retroviral aspartyl protease. 4 bp target site duplications.
