Repbase Reports 5(10), 323-323 (2005)
Abstract:
This sequence is probably a non-autonomous Mariner, based on 21 bp terminal inverted repeats, and TA TSDs. Average similarilty to the consensus is ~84%. The consensus was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
