Abstract:
Similarity of the protein-coding portion to Copia-type LTR retrotransposon was noted in ref. 1 but the proposed ORF goes beyond the 3' LTR region. Classification and exact coordinates are reported in this entry. LTRs are >99% identical (one substitution and one indel).
