Abstract: CR1-1_SP is a family of CR1 non-LTR retrotransposon. The consensus sequence represents the 3' terminal portion of the autonomous CR1-1_SP. It encodes the C-terminal portion of the reverse transcriptase. The 3' terminus is composed of the (TTGAA) microsatellite.
