Title: HAT7_CB - a family of nonautonomous DNA transposons. |
Journal: Repbase Reports 4:(8) p.206 (2004) |
Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensemble genome annotation. Copies are 98% identical to the consensus. HAT7_CB contains 12bp-long TIRs and is flanked by 8bp target duplications. The central part shares similarity to Hobo transposases.
