Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensemble genome annotation. Copies are >98% identical to the consensus. MARINER18_CB encodes a 339bp-long transposase, contains 27bp-long imperfect TIRs and is flanked by TA target duplications. Distantly similar to HSMAR1 and MARINER2_CE.
