Journal: Repbase Reports 4:(4) p.111 (2004) |
Abstract: MARINER14_CB copies are >99% identical to the consensus. Similar to Tc3 and MARINER8_CB. Central regions bears similarity to transposases, however, no copy seems to harbor an intact ORF. MARINER14_CB contains 212bp-long perfect TIRs and is flanked by TA target duplications.
