Journal: Repbase Reports 4:(4) p.108 (2004) |

Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensemble genome annotation. Copies are ~98% identical to the consensus. The HAT1_CB central regions bears similarity to hAT transposases. HAT1_CB contains 15bp-long TIRs terminated by CA-TG bases. Flanked by 8bp-long target duplications.
