Title:
DNAX-1_DR, a nonautonomous DNA transposon from zebrafish
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4:(10) p.260 (2004)
Abstract:
The genome harbors several thousand copies of DNAX-1_DR elements that are ~90% identical to the consensus sequence. DNAX-1_DR elements are characterized by 21-bp terminal inverted repeats. Despite the relatively young age of these elements, most of them are not flanked by target site duplications.
