Title:
L1-Tx1-1_DR, a family of non-LTR retrotransposons from zebrafish.

Repbase Reports 3:(1) p. 5 (2003)
Abstract:
L1-Tx1-1_DR forms a separate family of L1-like non-LTR retrotransposons. This element is less than 70% identical to members of other L1-like families identified in the zebrafish genome. L1-Tx1-1_DR belongs to the Tx1 subclade of L1-like elements. L1-Tx-1_DR was active recently (ORF1 and ORF2 proteins are damaged by a few stop codons and indels only).
