Abstract:
There are several hundred copies of TC1N-1_AG in the genome. They are ~98% identical to the consensus sequence. TC1N-1_AG copies are flanked by the TA target site duplications. This element has 182-bp terminal inverted repeats. Classification: a nonautonomous Tc1-like DNA transposon.
