Abstract:
The sequence for PIGIBAKKU is not quite complete and not a consensus as there are only three copies in the current draft Fugu genome. Conceptual translation is up to 59% similar to the Trichoplusia piggyBac transposase. The copies are 97% similar to each other. There are other closely related Piggiback elements in the Fugu genome.
